Not in a way that struts or browbeats, but one that pulls the audience in and holds their attention. Ultimit, is an initiative by the Electricity Supply Industry Training Organisation (ESITO) and developed to encourage women to apply for trade and technical roles in the electricity supply sector.

Because the brand would live in a world that is crowded, dynamic and discerning it needed to be challenging and a bit ‘out there’. Not unlike the young women it would attract.
