When we developed Lumley's employer brand challenge, 'Be our difference', it led the charge and became a call to action for staff to work together, raise performance and identify with a brand that represented a secure, challenging, vibrant environment, where people love to work.

Brand values were brought to life by translating the behaviours into visual ‘take outs’, communication programmes focused on education and engagement, while the employer brand recruited the best and addressed induction, performance reviews and training.
